WILDLY CULTIVATED DESIGNS

DELIVERY OF DESIGNS
All design projects are sent in the form of an email. Logo designs will always be sent in JPG, PNG, PDF file (Ai format if needed), along with the mockup used to display on social media. Other digital projects (flyers, business cards, website graphics, etc) are sent in JPG or PNG format.
All original files remain the property of Wildly Cultivated Designs, even if a copy has been supplied to you. Copyrighting and/or trademarking your logo not provided through Wildly Cultivated Designs.

RETURN POLICY
No refunds will be provided 24 hours after an order has been placed, due to the nature of the design services. All designs come with up to 3 revisions so that we are able to satisfy your design expectations. We will work hard to create your vision so you can leave as a satisfied customer. If you choose to cancel a service already in progress, a refund will not be given due to the work already produced.

A refund will be given in the event Wildly Cultivated Designs is unable to produce a project for personal reasons.
Deposits are nonrefundable.

PAYMENT
All pricing is subject to change at any time and becomes effective immediately. If there has been a pricing agreement between Wildly Cultivated Designs and the client before changes have been made, it will remain valid until that project has been completed.

For projects over $300, a non-refundable deposit is required before any work will begin. For all other projects, full payment or deposits must be paid within 3 days of receipt of invoice or the project is subject to cancellation. All remaining unpaid balances will be due within 3 days of your final approval of the design concept. Once the final payment is made, the project will be finalized and all files will be sent to you.
Deposits are 50% of your total amount.

ETA NOTICE
It is extremely important for Wildly Cultivated Designs to complete projects in a timely manner. However, due to the customization of each project, more time may be needed for satisfactory completion. Please be advised that this relates to business days only. Weekends and Holidays are not included in the time frame of any project.
ADDITIONAL FEES
The design process includes 3 revisions. An additional fee of $15 per revision will be included in your final invoice balance upon completion for labor, and/or later additions.
Rush fees are applicable for projects that may require immediate attention or sooner turnaround time than provided.

CULTIVATED PHOTOGRAPHY

RETURN POLICY
No refunds will be provided due to the nature of the services provided. We work hard to capture your vision so you can leave as a satisfied customer. If you choose to cancel a service in which a deposit has been made, a refund will not be given.

Deposits are nonrefundable.
ADDITIONAL FEES
There is a 35% deposit is required when booking. Fees are based on an hourly rate, include a one-week photo selection, 3 outfit changes MAX, and 4-15 edits (considering your package).

If you go over your scheduled session time, there will be a $30 fee assessed for every half hour over your time and the card on file will be charged after our session is complete.
​
If you are late for your session, please note there is a $45 late fee.
Rush fees are applicable for images that require immediate attention or sooner turnaround time. For all other services, including consultations, your payment must be received in full prior to the scheduled time.
There may be an additional travel fee included in your final invoice balance if you select the on-site location package, and travel exceeds 30 miles outside of GSO.

CANCELLATIONS
If there is a need for cancellation, please notify us 48 hours in advance. If there is no notice within the given time, you will be charged the full amount of your shoot using the card on file and given the option for ONE reschedule. If you decide not to continue with your session, then you will be charged a $45 cancellation fee. If there is no card on file, you will be prevented from booking in the future due to inconvenience. It's important to notify us of cancellations for scheduling purposes.

DELIVERY OF IMAGES
After your session is complete, you will receive a link to the provided email, with your photos within 24-48 hours of fulfilling your outstanding invoice.
The average turnaround time is up to two weeks for selected photos to edits but please keep in mind that it may take more time if excessive editing is required.
Edits are made at the photographer's discretion

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, we ask that you communicate efficiently and will be sure to resolve the matter by working together and coming to a resolution. However, refunds will not be issued as time has been invested to cultivate your vision. When providing details, please be as specific as possible. PRIVACY & SAFTEY
Wildly Cultivated will not use or store your personal information, and will protect all details shared. Third-party banking is used to verify payment and you will receive a confirmation email after your purchase was completed successfully.
